It’s Pancake Day, or Shrove Tuesday to give it its proper name. The day when we traditionally use up the good stuff from the cupboards ready for a period of fasting leading up to Easter.
Whether you intend to be going without over the coming weeks, or whether it’s just a flipping (..sorry) good excuse to gorge on pancakes, here are the local Cheshire places to head for today.
